My whole professional life has been devoted to the company that my father built. We produce construction chemistry. I started as a receptionist when I was still a teenager, later I worked as a consultant, then a brand manager, and now, 13 years later, I am the CEO. The history of our company started with a crisis through no fault of our own. This is why I feel a personal link to the Early Warning Europe Programme, where I have been a mentor for 3 years now. I am a passionate entrepreneur and wish to pass on my passion to others. I love dogs, good food, great books and travelling.

Dražen Jeremić

Dražen Jeremić univerzitetni diplomirani pravnik, področni sekretar, 13. leto zaposlen na Javni agenciji SPIRIT Slovenija. Poleg vodenja programa spodbujanja podjetništva med mladimi, leta 2019 dodatno prevzame vodenje novega programa 'Early Warning Slovenia'. Diplomira leta 1994, od takrat dalje službuje pretežno v inštitucijah javnega sektorja in sicer kot referent na Ministrstvu za delo, družino, socialne zadeve in enake možnosti, kot tržni inšpektor na Tržnem inšpektoratu Republike Slovenije in kot podsekretar na Uradu Republike Slovenije za varstvo potrošnikov. Leta 2005 opravi Pravniški državni izpit. Privatno ga zanima predvsem področje filozofije, joge, umetnosti, kulinarike, je tudi glasbenik in kantavtor.

Andreja Kelhar Horvat

Andreja Kelhar Horvat is the Head of the Credit Rating and Other Marketing Services Division at the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES), where she has been working for many years in the field of credit rating, development of methodologies, services and advanced tools with data and business information for risk management and multilateral set-off. She holds lectures and participates in professional consultations in the field of the use of business information and AJPES data.

Andreja Kelhar Horvat je vodja Sektorja za bonitetne in druge tržne storitve v Agenciji za javnopravne evidence in storitve (AJPES), kjer se že vrsto let ukvarja s področjem bonitetnega ocenjevanja, razvojem metodologij in storitev s področja poslovnih informacij za obvladovanje tveganj ter večstranskega pobota. S prispevki sodeluje na predavanjih in strokovnih posvetovanjih s področja uporabe poslovnih informacij in podatkov AJPES.

Roman Budna

Roman Budna je zaposlen na Sberbank banki d.d. kot Prokurist, Vodja oddelka Bančni produkti. Ima 25 letne izkušnje v finančni industriji. Svojo poslovno pot je začel leta 1995 v družbi Optima leasing d.d.  Leta 2000 se je pridružil podjetju GMAC finančne storitve d.o.o., ki je na slovenskem trgu skrbelo za financiranje kupcev vozil pod blagovno znamko Opel Credit. V letu 2003 se je zaposlil v Volksbank banki d.d. kjer je bil sprva odgovoren za segment potrošniškega kreditiranja Leta 2004 je bil imenovan za Direktorja področja poslovanja s prebivalstvom, katerega je vodil do leta 2013, ko je prevzel vodenje oddelka razvoja bančnih produktov za področje poslovanja s prebivalstvom. V sklop njegovih odgovornosti spada tudi vodenje Enote za pritožbe in reševanje vseh pritožb na nivoju banke. Romana zanimajo novi poslovni modeli, finteh inovacije, uporabniška izkušnja strank in priložnosti odprtega bančništva, ki izvirajo iz sprejete PSD2 evropske direktive.  Poznan je tudi po svojem prispevku na temo upravljanja osebnih financ in nasvetov za podjetnike.

Roman Budna works as Procurator, Head of Products in Sberbank banka d.d.. He has 25 years of experience in financial industry. He started his career in car financing segment working for Optima leasing d.d. in 1995. In 2000 he joined GMAC financial services which offered Opel Credit financing solutions on Slovenian market. In 2003 he moved to Volksbank banka d.d. where he was responsible for consumer financing segment. In 2004 Roman became Head of Retail banking division and was responsible for retail business of the bank until 2013 when he assumed responsibilities for retail product development in Sberbank banka d.d.  Within his new role Roman is also responsible for managing bank’s Complaint unit. Roman is interested in new business development, fintech innovation, customer experience and open banking opportunities arising out of PSD2 European directive.  He is also known lecturer in the field of personal finance management and advices for entrepreneurs.

Morten Møller

Morten Møller is the Project Manager of Early Warning Europe, a permanent network of Early Warning partners across Europe which was born from a COSME flagship project from 2016 to 19. He has a background in the consultancy business in the fields of trade, private sector development, support to the SME sector, logistics and transport. A number of management and specialist positions held worldwide. Over the years, he has implemented more than 100 EU contracts in a range of specialist and management positions.

Morten Møller je vodja projektov Early Warning Europe, stalne mreže partnerjev sistema Early Warning po vsej Evropi, ki je nastal na podlagi paradnega projekta COSME v letih 2016-2019. Njegove poklicne izkušnje obsegajo svetovanju na področju trgovine, razvoja zasebnega sektorja, podpore sektorju malih in srednje velikih podjetij, logistike in transporta. Po vsem svetu je imel že več vodstvenih in specialističnih funkcij. Prek let je v paleti specialističnih in vodstvenih funkcij izvajal več kot 100 pogodb EU.

Eleni Tzoka Stecka

I am a medical doctor, experienced Manager, certified  Coach and Trainer and  Health Coach. From 2008, I am an owner of the training and consulting company Epsylon Eleni Tzoka Stecka.  From 1996, I have been involved as a volunteer in development of a community supporting activity for the benefit of children and youth education through art to help grow their social competences..I'm currently involved in development of the Family Companies’ Foundation FFR where I contribute to reports, the “Future Competences in Family Companies” workshops, and the “Healthy Family Company” concept. From 2016, I have  been in charge of the “Early Warning Europe” project, specifically development of Mentor competences, matching processes and their networking. The project aims to bring assistance to company owners experiencing difficulties. Im married with three children and an enthusiast of yoga, reading and sailling.

Sem zdravnica, izkušena menedžerka, certificirana inštruktorica in trenerka ter zdravstvena inštruktorica. Od leta 2008 sem lastnica podjetja za coaching in svetovanje Epsylon Eleni Tzoka Stecka.  Že od leta 1996 kot prostovoljka sodelujem pri razvoju aktivnosti v pomoč skupnosti za učenje otrok in mladih skozi umetnost, kar jim pomaga povečevati njihove socialne kompetence. Trenutno sem udeležena pri razvoju Fundacije družinskih podjetij FFR, kjer sodelujem pri poročilih, delavnicah »Kompetence prihodnosti v družinskih podjetjih« in konceptu »Zdravega družinskega podjetja«. Od leta 2016 sem zadolžena za projekt »Early Warning Europe«, še posebno za razvoj kompetenc mentorjev, ustreznih procesov in njihovo mreženje. Cilj projekta je zagotoviti pomoč lastnikom podjetij, ki se soočajo s težavami. Sem poročena in imam tri otroke, sem ljubiteljica joge, branja in jadranja.

Joanna Śnioch Młynarska

I am a lawyer by profession but I have a big passion for cooking, gardening and a traveling. I was an owner of three prosperous companies from the insurance industry. I lost the largest and most profitable one two years ago. Then I sold two others. I am currently conducting a small restaurant and a hotel.  Together with my brother I also revitalized an old house in the city center of Poznań.  Every company which I owned and for which I have worked in my life were the family company.  My goal is to open a travel agency next year offering a unique combination of history and life-cooking. In the EWE project I am a mentor and mentee at the same time.

 

Po poklicu sem pravnica, vendar so moja strast kuhanje, vrtnarjenje in potovanja. Bila sem lastnica treh dobro stoječih podjetij s področja zavarovalništva. Največje in najbolj dobičkonosno od njih sem izgubila pred dvema letoma. Nato sem prodala obe drugi. Trenutno vodim majhno restavracijo in hotel.  Skupaj s svojim bratom sem obnovila tudi staro hišo v središču Poznańa.  Vsa podjetja, ki sem jih imela v lasti in za katera sem delala v življenju, so bila družinska podjetja.  Moj cilj je, da bi naslednje leto odprla potovalno agencijo, ki bi ponujala edinstveno kombinacijo zgodovine in kuhanja. V projektu EWE sem hkrati mentorica in mentoriranka.

I have been a co-owner of three insurance companies for many years.

In meantime I was thinking about my future and decided, together with my brother, to revitalize an old building in the center of Poznań. Our idea was to use that building as a hotel.We took a credit to reach our goal.

My business was prospering , so I also had cash to finance revitalization. Two and a half years ago I lost my company and as the result  also the financial liquidity.

This and other reasons led to a relationship crisis between me and my brother.

In 2019 I asked for Early Warning Support for me and my company Śnioch I Partnerzy .  After  few months, there is still not  wonderful situation, but we talk to each other what is  great and I know that we will achieve our business goals.

Direktorica razvoja mentorjev v EWE  - FFR  - Poljska

Dolga leta sem solastnica treh zavarovalnic.

Med tem pa sem razmišljala tudi o svoji prihodnosti in se skupaj s svojim bratom odločila, da bom obnovila staro stavbo v središču Poznańa. Najina ideja je bila, da bi stavbo uporabila kot hotel. Za ta namen sva najela kredit.

Moji posli so cveteli, tako da sem imela tudi dovolj gotovine za financiranje obnove. Pred dvema letoma in pol pa sem izgubila svoje podjetje in kot posledico tudi finančno likvidnost.

To je bil eden od razlogov, ki je povzročil krizo v odnosu med menoj in mojim bratom.

Leta 2019 sem zaprosila za pomoč z »Early Warning« zase in za svoje podjetje Śnioch I Partnerzy .  Po nekaj mesecih položaj sicer še ni čudovit, ampak vsaj govoriva drug z drugim, kar je odlično, in vem, da bova dosegla svoje poslovne cilje.

Bojan Ivanc, CFA, CAIA je glavni ekonomist pri Analitiki GZS ter se ukvarja z napovedmi gospodarskih trendov v Sloveniji na področju vseh ključnih gospodarskih agregatov. Bojan Ivanc, CFA, CAIA is chief economist at Analytics CCIS. His primary role are updates of forecasts on economic trends in Slovenia across all most important economic aggregates. He also takes part in most important estimates on major legislation changes that CCIS proposes. Before 2013 he worked in the financial sector, in field of buy-side and sell-side analysis.

Mag. Katja Kraškovic - je magistra ekonomije s specializacijo na področju financ. Od leta 2015 je direktorica in dekanja GEA College - Fakultete za podjetništvo, kjer uspešno uresničujejo vizijo internacionalizacije študija podjetništva. V družbah KD Group in Poteza je v dobrih desetih letih pridobivala bogate izkušnje na področju financ, računovodstva in davkov. Imela je priložnost pridobiti celovit vpogled v finančno poslovanje in upravljanje podjetij in pridobiti dragocene managerske izkušnje.
Njena aktivnost na področju izobraževanja sega nekaj let nazaj, ko je pričela sodelovati z IEDC Bled (IEDC School of Management in Bled). Odgovorna je bila za različne projekte in bila nato imenovana za direktorico prodaje. Ekipa GEA College je pod njenim vodstvom uspešno vpeljala nove študijske programe, zagnala podjetniški Inkubator ter predstavila nov MBA program, ki svoja vrata odpira letošnjega oktobra.

Katja Kraškovic MSc, is a master of Economics specialized on Economics and Finance. In year 2015 she took over GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship as a CEO and a dean where they successfully follow their vision of internationalization. She has more than ten years of experience in the field of finance, accounting and taxes from employment in Poteza company and KD Group. Through those years she had a chance to get the comprehensive view of entire financial operation of the companies and acquired valuable experiences as a manager.
Her activity in the field of education started a few years ago through cooperation with IEDC School of Management in Bled. She was responsible for different projects and was promoted to Sales Director. Team GEA College have under ms. Kraškovic’s leadership, managed to introduce various study programs, start business Incubator and open new MBA program which starts in October 2020.
